Ehou-Maki
Today is Setsubun.We celebrated it eating Sushi rolls called Ehou-maki.
Ehou-maki means lucky direction rolls and the lucky direction is different every year, although I don't know how it is determined.
We bite into the rolls while facing the year's auspicious direction and it is north-northwest this year.
The rolls seemed to be too big for her but she did it well:)
Good job! Good luck must come to her this year.
