Chawan-Mushi

She is having Chawan-Mushi (Steamed egg hotchpotch in English).
It's tender and her favorite!

Chawan: Direct translation is tea bowl but when we use that word, it usually means a bowl for rice, which is deep and round. Japanese teacup would be called Yu-nomi-Chawan(or Jawan), which directly means a bowl for drinking-hotwater.
Mushi: steamed (NOT bugs, insects in this case!!)

Japanese seldom eat insects... maybe in modern times... Yuuna as well
